This Bausch & Lomb Balplan binocular microscope is a high quality, specialized instrument for research and other demanding applications in pathology, hematology, cytology, bacteriology, biology, medicine, metallurgy and electronics. Advanced optics provide a field of view that is very flat and in uniformly good focus from center to edge. Planachromatic objectives are parfocal and parcentered to obviate any inconvenience attendant upon switching from one to another. This particular instrument has 10X wide field eyepieces and the following objectives: 10X flat field, 40X planachromat and 100X oil plan achromat.
