The Magnestir S8290 variable-speed stirrer is ideal for stirring in closed or open systems, in a vacuum or under pressure; also for mixing in awkward vessels, such as tiny flasks, or for simultaneous agitation of solutions in a group of test tubes. This stirrer will stir up to 1L of liquid with viscosity up to that of 60% glycerol solution. Separate on-off switch permits speed setting to remain unchanged.
