Product Description

This Zeiss trinocular inspection microscope is for reflected and transmitted light with the capability of Pol micrography (basic pre-set polarized light and filter). This microscope has a large scanning stage, ideal for toolmakers or IC inspection. It includes KPL 10X WF eyepieces and KPL 12.5X WF eyepieces, objectives: 4X, 8X and 16X Epiplan HD and a transformer (12V,100W).
