Product Description Haz-Safe hazardous material buildings by design for strongest explosion proof, fire rated & high-security structures typical for Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Petroleum, Food and Defense Industries. This refrigerated haz building was only used for storing intel corp chemicals for making semiconductors.

12'8 wide 31'8 long 8'4 High. The first room is 120sq ft. and was used for 45 degree material. The second room is 240sq ft. and was used to store negative 12 degree material -12. This unit is equipped with fire suppression temperature alarms and spill alarms. The freezer is powered by a Trenton 4 horsepower air cooled low temp condensing unit 208 volts 3 phase.we use 404-A refrigerant and also bohn low profile w/hot gas defrost and hot gas pan heat.

The unit is in good condition and has been kept indoors in our facility.
