The Baker 10-SPE system is a vacuum manifold column processor (for use in solid phase extractions) which can be connected to a 15 to 20 inch Hg vacuum source (not included). Vacuum is easily obtained from a water aspirator, small vacuum pump or house vacuum. 10 place. Missing lid (not included).
