The LabTouch-aw offers a temperature-controlled water activity test and active sample temperature measurements. An easy-to-use touch screen provides fast menu access. It can measure water activity in a wide range of liquid, solid and jelly-like samples.
Data is provided in Excel format, allowing you to easily analyze the information. This assures the full quality assurance and traceability of all measurement data. Optional software is available for advanced data analysis.

Driven by the ease of use and fast menu access by a touch-screen combined with a semi-temperature-stabilised measurement chamber for consistent and reproducible measurement results (aw-value). The latest sensor and measurement technology coupled with re-useable humidity calibration standards provide a very economical solution to precision water activity measurements. Furthermore, the standards are an easy method for double-checking the instrument and sensor's high performance. All measurement data, including the important protocols are stored on a SD card and can be transferred to a PC or printer. Special software is available for viewing results and analysis of the data.

The unique Aw sensor is designed to be field calibrated after multiple uses. The reusable standards, if kept closed in the supplied airtight container, can last several years, saving on overall operating costs. The sensor can also be easily replaced when it is no longer performing to factory specifications - it is the sensor which holds all the factory-calibrated values within it, allowing the unit to be within calibration.

LabTouch has built-in automatic stability detection and well-proven resistive-electrolytic sensor technology. Features include data logging and true portability with an integrated rechargeable battery. Data is recorded onto a standard SD memory card instead of built-in memory; the advantage being that when the memory is full, the SD card can be simply changed out for unlimited data storage.
