Product Description
This 3 Cu.Ft gravity-convection oven is new Temp range: ambient to 225C/437F. Cabinets have heavy steel double-wall construction. Temperature is controlled by an automatic Hydraulic thermostat. Inside is galvanized steel. Supplied with 2 adjustable wire shelves and 1 fixed bottom shelf. Temperature uniformity is ±5C.
