This Harvest Right freeze dryer is excellent for freeze drying 7-10 lbs of food and organics per cycle batch. This system maintains perfect temperatures and vacuum with built-in processor, allowing the user to freeze dry at the touch of a button. Includes the 5cfm Premier pump
This patented technology has the capability of freeze drying 1.5 to 2.5 gallons (1.5 to 2.5 #10 cans) per batch. In a year's time, you can easily freeze dry 380 gallons of food. All of which will keep nearly 100% of its nutrition.
