The 60 in. Wide Portable Clean Room Hood provides up to an ISO Class 5 Clean Room to help protect the process from outside contamination and particulate. This system utilizes a vertical laminar airflow pattern and a high quality filter to create a positive-pressure environment. The Portable Clean Room Hood draws in ambient air and processes the air through a main filter to supply filtered air to the workspace. Main filter choices include HEPA filtration (up to 99.97% efficiency on particles down to 0.3 microns) and ULPA filtration (up to 99.9995% efficiency on particles down to 0.12 microns).
The PCR2 Series features a front-facing variable speed controller, easy filter change, running indicator light, and improved airflow and efficiency. This unit also allows for PAO testing to test the filter for leaks and ensure the system's efficiency.
This unit's compact size and portable nature also make it a good choice for field-testing applications that require frequent travel. To manage the air volume, this unit comes standard with a variable speed controller. Also included is a LED light with an optional UVC light for surface disinfection.

GENERATION I
The original Portable Cleanroom - Generation I offers a simple ON/OFF operation and provides dependable and effective protection for your application. This economical unit helps your facility implement a cleanroom environment without a large investment.
GENERATION II
This upgraded version, Generation II, offers improved functions, design, and fan system. The front-facing variable speed controller allows the operator to easily adjust the fan speeds to suit their application. The running indicator light informs the user that the system is running. The improved design and fan system have increased the airflow and enhanced the system's efficiency. Also, this new design allows operators to PAO test to check the filter for leaks and approve the device for certifications such as USP 797.
